View Course Grades

This article shows you how to view your completion grades in the Training Portal and provides completion grade definitions.

  1. To view your enrollment grades, log into your Training Portal.

  2. In the upper right dropdown menu, select the "TRAINING PORTAL" option. Screenshot of MNCWTA website's "Training Portal" option in the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down on the page and select the "VIEW ALL TRAININGS" button.

Course Status Definitions

Each course will display a status indicating the employee’s current enrollment stage, as outlined below:


Course Status
Course Status Definition
Active Status
Employee is successfully enrolled in the course.
Assigned Status
Employee has been assigned the course, and still needs to enroll in the course.
Dropped StatusEmployee has dropped their enrollment from the course.


Course Grade Definitions

Each course will display a completion grade to indicate your employee’s progress in the course, as outlined below: 


Course GradeCourse Grade Definition
CompleteRegistered and met all training requirements.
IncompleteRegistered and did not meet the training requirements.
No ShowRegistered and did not attend the training.
In ProgressRegistered and the training is either upcoming, currently in session, or the completion grade is not yet finalized.
