You should have received an email from MNCWTA regarding your next steps. If you cannot find that email follow the suggestions below assuming that your profile is approved.
Check Your Spam Folder
Sometime our emails are marked as spam due to being an outside agency. Check your Spam folder for an email from portal@mnchildwelfaretraining.com
If Not in Your Spam Folder
Follow the same steps to create a new UMN account that you would have found in our email. Remember that when creating your UMN guest account the email must match the email used in the Profile Request or invitation from your supervisor.
Then you should be able to log in, assuming that your profile is approved through a Profile Request or an invitation from your supervisor.
