In order to complete the steps below and assign trainings to your employees, they must have created a MNCWTA Training Portal.
Step 1: Log into your Portal
Log in to to your Training Portal through the MN Child Welfare Training Academy website.
Step 2: Quick Navigations
Navigate to the "QUICK NAVIGATIONS" dropdown.
Select “Assign Trainings”.
Step 3: Selecting your Employee
Choose your employee's name from the dropdown and click the "Select" button.
Step 4: Assign Trainings
Select the training(s) by checking the checkbox next to the training title. Then select the "Assign Trainings" button.
Remind your employee that they still need to register for the courses after you have assigned them.
