IV-E BSW/MSW Coordinators can connect with their students in the Training Portal. Students can have a coordinator and a supervisor connected to their portal profiles at the same time. Students must already have a portal profile in order for you to add them.
- Log in to your Training Portal.
- In the Quick Navigation feature, select "Invite Employees".
- Enter the student's exact Portal Profile email in the text box. Check to make sure you're adding the correct email.
- Click "Add Another" to invite several students at once.
- Select "Send Invitations".
- Your students will receive an email with directions to accept the invitation and connect to your profile.
If you need additional assistance, submit a ticket on the Contact Us page. If you do not get an email confirming your ticket has been received, follow the steps in the Not Getting A Response article.
