IV-E BSW/MSW Coordinators can connect with their students in the Training Portal. Students can have a coordinator and a supervisor connected to their portal profiles at the same time. Students must already have a portal profile in order for you to add them. 

  1. Log in to your Training Portal. 
  2. In the Quick Navigation feature, select "Invite Employees". Screenshot of the "Quick Navigations" dropdown indicating to select "Invite Employees" button.
  3. Enter the student's exact Portal Profile email in the text box. Check to make sure you're adding the correct email
  4. Click "Add Another" to invite several students at once.

  6.  Your students will receive an email with directions to accept the invitation and connect to your profile.
