Reschedule IDI Debrief Session

The help article shows you how to reschedule your IDI Debrief Session. 

Important: You must complete your IDI debrief session before Session 1 in New Worker Foundations training.
  1. Open the confirmation email you received after booking your debrief session.
  2. Select the "Cancel Appointment" option. Confirmation email options
  3. Select "Cancel your Appointment" in the pop up. Appointment cancelation pop-up
  4. Select "Confirm". Arrow pointing to Confirm option
  5. Book another appointment on the booking page.
  6. The Qualified Administrator (QA) will be notified of the cancelation and the new appointment.

Can't find your confirmation email? 

  1. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact idi@mnchildwelfaretraining.com and let them know to cancel your session.
  2. Follow the steps in the Schedule IDI Debrief Session article to book a new session.
