Connect With Coordinator (BSW/MSW Scholars)

IV-E BSW/MSW scholars need to connect with their university's IV-E coordinators in the training portal. Scholars can have their university IV-E coordinator and a county/tribal supervisor connected to their training portal profiles.

Step 1: Log into your Portal

• Log in to your Training Portal

Step 2: Confirm with your coordinator that you created a Portal Profile

• Notify your coordinator that your Portal Profile has been created.
• Provide the email address you used for your portal (make sure to give them the exact spelling).

Step 3: Accept the invitation from your coordinator

• You will receive an email with instructions for accepting the invitation. 
• You will also see an alert in your Portal.
• Select the alert notification icon (red circle with exclamation point).
• Select the "Accept Invitation" link.
• You will see your coordinator listed at the top of your dashboard.

Step 4: Add your supervisor 

• If you also have a supervisor, or when you get a supervisor you can add your supervisor
