What if I no longer have access to my email?

If you no longer have access to the email in your UMN guest account, please submit a Help Desk ticket through our Contact Us page.

Note: Passwords Expire

The UMN guest account password expires one year from the date the account was created or reset. If you forgot to change your password by the expiration date, you will not lose any information or records, but you will have to contact UMN IT directly at 612-301-4357 to reactivate your account. This number is available 24/7. Make sure to specify that this is for a guest account and you should not be creating a second guest account.

If you need additional assistance, submit a ticket on the Contact Us page. If you do not get an email confirming your ticket has been received, follow the steps in the Help Desk: No Response article.
